- 90g powdered sugar
- 1 large egg white
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, optional
- pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 150g ground almonds
Steps
1.
In a food processor, combine ground almonds and powdered sugar.
2.
Blitz until fine.
3.
Add the egg white, almond extract, vanilla and pinch of salt.
4.
Continue to blitz until the mixture comes together.
5.
Transfer to a work surface and kneed until smooth.
6.
Store in a plastic wrap.
7.
Can stored in the fridge for a month or in the freezer for up to three months.
