Ingredients
- 320g of flour
- 200g of butter
- 200g of brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2g of salt
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 3g of baking powder
- 2g of baking soda
- 200-300g of dark chocolate
- 100g of macadamia nuts
Steps
- 1.Bake 320g of flour in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 15 minutes.
- 2.Mix 200g of room temperature butter with a spatula.
- 3.Add 200g of sugar and dissolve 70% of the sugar.
- 4.Divide 2 room-temperature eggs into 2 and mix.
- 5.Add 2g of salt and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and mix well again.
- 6.Mix 3g of baking powder and 2g of baking soda in the cooled, baked flour.
- 7.Put the flour mixture in the dough and mix until you can't see the powder.
- 8.Add in 200-300g of dark chocolate and 100g of macadamia nuts.
- 9.Mix well and cover with plastic wrap and let rest in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- 10.Divide the dough into 180 to 190g portions.
- 11.Bake in a preheated 190-degree oven for 12 minutes.
- 12.Allow to cool before moving to a cooling net.
