Ingredients

  • 320g of flour
  • 200g of butter
  • 200g of brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2g of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 3g of baking powder
  • 2g of baking soda
  • 200-300g of dark chocolate
  • 100g of macadamia nuts

Steps

1.
Bake 320g of flour in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 15 minutes.

Mix 200g of room temperature butter with a spatula.
3.
Add 200g of sugar and dissolve 70% of the sugar.
4.
Divide 2 room-temperature eggs into 2 and mix.
5.
Add 2g of salt and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and mix well again.
6.
Mix 3g of baking powder and 2g of baking soda in the cooled, baked flour.
7.
Put the flour mixture in the dough and mix until you can't see the powder.
8.
Add in 200-300g of dark chocolate and 100g of macadamia nuts.
9.
Mix well and cover with plastic wrap and let rest in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
10.
Divide the dough into 180 to 190g portions.
11.
Bake in a preheated 190-degree oven for 12 minutes.
12.
Allow to cool before moving to a cooling net.
