Ingredients
- 15g salted or unsalted butter
- pinch of salt (if using unsalted butter)
- 100g light brown sugar
- 60g rated hazelnuts, roughly chopped
Steps
1.
Stir ingredients constantly over medium heat until the mixture reaches 300F / 140C. Be careful as this caramel burns easily!
2.
Pour onto a parchment lined baking sheet then smooth & thin out the mixture.
3.
Let sit for 10 minutes, then break in to pieces & enjoy!
