    Rub the chicken breasts with seasoning salt, cover, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

    Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).

    Cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat until crisp, then transfer to a paper towel-lined plate and set aside. Leave bacon fat in the skillet.

    In a medium bowl, mix mustard, honey, mayonnaise, and onion flakes.

    Warm the bacon fat over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned, about 3 to 5 minutes per side.

    Transfer the chicken to a 9-inch by 13-inch baking dish. Brush the chicken with the honey-mustard sauce, then layer with mushrooms and bacon. Sprinkle with cheese.

    Bake for about 15 minutes, until the cheese melts and the chicken juices run clear. Garnish with parsley.
